Susan, You have now built the arc by which You and your fellow artisans and crafters, traders, hawkers and trinket peddlers alike may venture into the homes and offices, cafes and coffee shoppes of curious individuals who crave and seek something original and handmade in this walmartian era of predictable mediocrity. Let everybody know! Thanks for the light and insights!David Achenbaugh
Susan, I am not as articulate as David, but I agree. I hope you enjoy great success and I will folloow your comments, and others as well, daily. Thanks for the effort! Scott Plumb
Hey seester! I'm always delighted and proud to see you express your innumerable talents! You are innately creative and possess and express the heart of a true artist. I immensely enjoy and treasure your hand-made purses and wood turnings, of which I am the proud owner of several! Keep the ideas & expressions flowing ... Your devoted sister & friend, Lisa
Isn't it time we stop running to the mall when we need something, be it for ourselves or as a gift? There are millions of unique well crafted hand made items out there sure to delight. This blog is meant to explore the world of handmade, from the artists and craftspeople to the myriad of indie shops, as well as the struggles and joys of those producing handmade goods. - And hopefully entice you to buy handmade next time you shop.
